Abstract

The problem management of the logistical risks at the industrial enterprise is analyzed in this article. The supplement, methods of the definition, efficiency of the logistical activity, analysis of the logistical risks are offered. The degree management of the logistical risks at the joint-stock company "Kharkov Plant Hidropryvid" with the help of expert’s method is fixed.
