Abstract

In the article on the base of the analysis of the existing comparative and result-correlating models of estimation of competability on the base of estimation with the help of expert method of qualification and motivation of the enterprise personnel the matrix of express-estimation of competability of the enterprise personnel is offered and the interpretation of possible estimation results are given.
