Abstract

Creation of an effective management system which enables to satisfy middle class interests at the greatest degree is one of the basic tasks of our state at the present stage. The domestic scientists had disagreements on allocation of middle class in Ukraine and definition of using the methods of determining within the context of the individuals class accessory. The purpose of the given work is the definition of optimal methods and ways of development that promote the creation and extension of the middle class in Ukraine.
