Abstract

The necessity of formation of the innovative investment market is proved in this article; its functions in economic system are defined; main indicators of this market: demand, supply, balance formation factors, participants, objects, form and mechanism of interaction, infrastructure – are investigated; peculiarities of innovations as goods in the market are considered.
