Abstract

The article deals with the new methods of educating the personnel. The basic problems of effective personnel development management are determined by the authors and also a deep look at the problem of economic effectiveness of investments into the personnel development is given. Also the methods and forms of education that can be appropriate for adaptation at native enterprises with minimum of financial losses are proposed.
