Effective public administration and innovative activities of government bodies: peculiarities of the relationship in the conditions of Ukraine's recovery

Abstract

The study emphasizes that effective public administration and innovative government activities are interdependent and complementary factors on the path to Ukraine's recovery. Innovations developed and implemented in public administration enhance its effectiveness, flexibility, and responsiveness to the pressing needs of society. Furthermore, an effective public administration system creates the necessary conditions for fully utilizing innovative potential, which guarantees long-term and balanced economic development for the benefit of citizens. Transformational changes in government bodies aimed at implementing innovative solutions are not only a modern requirement but also a key prerequisite for the formation of a stable and prosperous state. Therefore, only through a harmonious combination of innovative government activities and an effective public administration system is it possible to restore Ukraine to its path to European integration through sustainable development, which will ensure the well-being of current and future generations.
