Диагностика когнитивно-личностных характеристик персонала по Майерс-Бриггс и модернизация описаний типов личности

Abstract

The author presents the results of the analysis of such scientific problem as vector model identification of types by Myers-Briggs aimed at the rational personnel management. The features of sixteen NF-, NT-, ST-, SF- personnel types applied to the usage of personnel typology in management are described in the article. These descriptions are worked out towards shortening of verbal redundancy, as well as eliminating modality and uncertainties.
