Formation of the Mechanical-Private Partnership Mechanism as a Necessary Condition for Environmental Security in Conditions of Sustainable Development

Abstract

In today's conditions of sustainable development, it is important to introduce a progressive mechanism of cooperation between state authorities, local self-government bodies, private sector and civil society institutions. For the public-private partnership functioning, a condition is required to strengthen the country's economic security as a complex multifactor category that characterizes the ability of the national economy to expand itself to meet the needs of its own population at a certain level in order to counteract the destabilizing effect of various internal and external factors.
