Abstract

In the article basic aspects of forming and estimating the intergration strategy of enterprises is examined. Forming of an integration strategy is a deliberate complex of interconnected components and consists of several stages: diagnostic of an enterprise condition; shaping of conception integration; realization and estimation of strategy integration.
