Ensuring the effectiveness of innovative activity in public authorities in Ukraine on the basis of the establishment of Office of innovation activities

Abstract

It was found that to ensure the effectiveness of innovation in public authorities in Ukraine, it is advisable to create a special institution – the Office of Innovation, which would systematically and professionally deal with issues of innovation support in public and regional government. Conceptual provisions of institutional support of innovations of state and regional management on the basis of the analysis of foreign and domestic experience are substantiated.
