Вasic provisions of the paradigm and strategic management`s concept of the investment activity of the enterprise

Abstract

The basic theoretical provisions of the modern paradigm of strategic investment management are substantiated. As an essential component of the integration theory of investment activity, the concept of the formation of its strategy in relation to a business entity is proposed. The expediency of considering and using the system "object - project - investor" is proved. The properties and principles of this system are considered. The concept and classification of investment strategies of an enterprise is propounded. The system of investment strategies is positioned in three-dimensional space using a cube constructed according to the main components: the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, its susceptibility to project proposals (in terms of readiness), entrepreneurial and social economic efficiency of the investment project.
