Abstract

Розглянуто основні теоретичні аспекти процесу інституціоналізації, його етапи, протягом яких формуються інституціональні одиниці. Доповнено алгоритм створення інститутів етапом контролю, що дає змогу оцінювати та попереджати недоліки функціонування новостворених інститутів економічної системи.The article deals with basic theoretical aspects of the process of institutionalization, its stages, during which the institutional units are formed. The algorithm of creating the institutions is complemented by the stage of control, that allows evaluating and preventing the disadvantages of newly formed institutions of the economic system
