Abstract

In the article the different conceptions of the enterprise development strategic management are considered. The conceptual bases of the enterprise development strategic management, which are based on the new institutional theory, decision-making methodology, strategic management, system analysis, dynamic approach, self-organizational theory, taking into account the tendencies of changing the socioeconomic conditions of transactor unit operation in Ukraine are offered.
