Abstract

The current issues of the influence of emotional intelligence on the effectiveness of leadership in the context of crisis challenges are considered. Recommendations are provided for taking into account the specifics of the impact on the quality of managerial decision-making, the level of trust in the team, employee motivation and the general psychological climate in the organization.
