Monitoring methodology the quality of the administrative services provision by the state and centers of administrative services provision

Abstract

The mechanisms of implementation of the principles of international quality management in public administration to ensure the provision of high-quality administrative services are defined. A systematic structuring of factors is proposed to determine the degree of influence on the quality of the provision of administrative services of various factors involved in the provision of administrative services. Methodical approaches to monitoring the quality of administrative services and customer satisfaction with the level of provision of services by the state and administrative service centers are considered. According to the results of the analysis of the experience of assessing the quality of the provision of administrative services by the bodies of executive power and local self-government, the most effective methods of monitoring were determined.
