Анотація
The paper considers the legal regulation of the transport and logistics system of Ukraine and the European Union countries in order to gain experience in this area with further adaptation to current legislation. The main priorities and problems that need to be solved by the transport and logistics system are identified. Areas of Ukraine’s participation in transport and logistics integration are those we concentrate on.
