Creative leadership as a factor of effective development in modern conditions

Abstract

The analysis of creative leadership as an effective tool of informal management in modern conditions is carried out. The research methodology is based on system and activity approaches and includes conceptual and terminological analysis, methods of comparison and generalization. The article considers creative leadership as a tool of informal management, increasing the intensity of innovative activity of the organization, promoting the humanization of organizational management methods with the active introduction of modern technologies into management practice.
