Abstract

Розглянуто класифікацію земель за характером використання, особливості оренди земельних ділянок на сільськогосподарських підприємствах, їх відображення в бухгалтерському обліку. Подано види прав на землю та запропоновано введення широкого обліку операцій із землеюThe paper discusses the classification of the lands by usage character, the peculiarity of land renting in agricultural organizations, their displaying in the accounting. The types of property rights to land have been presented and the introduction of wide business record of operation with the lands has been proposed.
