Глобалізація та регіоналізація в рентних відносинах як фактор конкурентоспроможності національної економіки

Abstract

In the article the specifics of influence of globalization and regionalization on formation and development of rent attitudes in transforming society are examined. On the example of Ukraine and public relations in resource sphere the authors determine the reasons and specificity of the rent formation not only in resource sphere of economy, they also prove necessity and expediency of the account of the ecological rent (or rents assimilation’s potential of an environment) and offer methodological approaches to its cost interpretation.
