Abstract

The article touches upon the peculiarities of participation of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in transnationalization on the example of Poland and Hungary. The great attention is paid to the analyses of the ways of TNC’s presence on the market and the definition of the role of foreign affiliates in creating the comparative advantages of host economies on the world market.
