Abstract

The expediency of use of tools of effective management is proved at overcoming the crisis phenomena at the industrial enterprise. The necessity of development of personnel in the process of providing the efficiency of enterprise activity is gramded. The reasons of the imperfect system of development of personnel are selected at the enterprises. Pre-conditions are certain for creation of the effective system of development of personnel.
