Эколого-экономические аспекты процесса воспроизводства водных ресурсов

Abstract

The role of water resources in the process of social labour is analysed. It is stated that the process of water reproduction including the restoration of its quantitative and qualitative characteristics is the complex of water resources utilization and water conservation. The lines of economic regulation as a decisive factor of rational water usage are determined.
