Abstract

In the article the problems of transition of the modern society to the status of information one are characterized. Basic regulations of the Ukrainian legislation concerning the state support of the proccess of the information the economy of Ukraine are analyzed. The proposals as for perfection of the mechanism of formation the information systems at the modern enterprises are given.
