ЗНАЧЕННЯ "ОЩАДЛИВОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА" ДЛЯ ВІТЧИЗНЯНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract

Розглянуто концепцію ощадливого виробництва – концепцію менеджменту, яка була створена у японській корпорації Toyota та отримала широку популярність серед теорій організації та управління сучасним бізнесом. Запропоновано застосування концепції ощадливого виробництва як засобу підвищення конкурентоспроможності український підприємств, обґрунтовано ефективність упровадження даної концепції на вітчизняних підприємствахThe conception of lean production is considered in this article. It’s a management conception, which was created on the biggest Japanese automaker Toyota and which gets wide popularity among modern organizational and management theories. The author suggests to apply lean production for increasing competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises. Thus the effectiveness of the adoption of this conception is grounded in the article
