Розглянуто поняття "аутсорсинг" з точки зору різних вчених, а також запропоноване власне визначення автора. Досліджено види та форми даної категорії. Розглянуто недоліки та переваги застосування аутсорсингу вітчизняними підприємствами. Наведено рекомендації щодо усунення виявлених недоліківThe article deals with the concept of "outsourcing" from the point of view of different scholars and the author gives own definition. The types and forms of this category have been studied. Disadvantages as well as benefits of outsourcing of domestic enterprises have been discussed. The recommendations to address the identified deficiencies have been given
