Assessment Criteria of Future Managers’ Preparation for Cross-Cultural Communication

Abstract

The assessment criteria which reflect the main essence of the components of preparation of future managers for cross-cultural communication are elaborated. Each criteria is directed at assessing a separate component that has corresponding indices differentiated by low, satisfactory, sufficient and high levels. The outlined criteria, indices and levels characteristics in line with the elaborated questionnaires, express-methods and other approved pedagogic tools allow to define students' preparation for cross-cultural communication.
