Abstract

The conference paper investigates modern approaches to improving managerial decision-making at the enterprise level using the case of Haier. The role of data analytics, digital technologies and organizational transformation in enhancing decision quality is analyzed. Factors contributing to effective management under conditions of uncertainty are identified.
