The post-war recovery of the Kharkiv region involves not only the renewal of economic and social activity but also the formation of new directions in the regional economy. One of the promising tools for sustainable development is gastronomic tourism, which has the potential to integrate local agricultural resources, cultural heritage, and modern tourism practices.
