Роль человеческого потенциала предприятия в развитии трансфера технологий

Abstract

The questions devoted to actual problems of development of technologies transfer in the conditions of the Ukrainian market are considered in the article. The special attention is spared to the role of human potential in development and strengthening of co-operation of science and business, and also to the features of skilled policy, which also facilitated the increase of efficiency of knowledge, abilities and experience transmission from a developer to the user. On the basis of these actions the conclusions are done.
