Abstract

In the article the consideration of the systematic complex as the aggregate of the components of the surroundings that interact with the enterprise as the open system in the determined situation is offered. The necessity of working out the situational-subject approach for managing the enterprise interaction with the surroundings in the interests of the former relatively to the determined situation is grounded. Within the framework of the approach the possibilities of transformation the systematic complex into meta-system (quasimeta-system) by shifting the irrational inter-system cooperations to rational type mainly is determined.
