Abstract

The necessity to build the complex program of strategic changes on the manufacturing facility in relation to innovative development on the basis of economic indicators is motivated in the article, the factor model of the strategic changes is proposed, the structure of functional subsystems of the enterprise in terms of necessity of strategic changes is provided, the system of economic indicators aligned to implementation of strategic changes on enterprise is formed.
