Approaches and techniques for the continuity of moving teaching and learning online

Abstract

This article attempts to demystify the process, and provide some pointers as to where potential online tutors can go to gain the skills and experience needed to perform this role successfully. Just as many of teachers are being asked to teach in an entirely new way as a rapid response to the teaching situation the current pandemic has thrown the teachers and students into is a new experience for them. Moving our teaching and students` learning from face-to-face to online in response to a global crisis is a necessary solution, but it comes with many challenges.
