Formation of cross-cultural competence through students' independent work

Abstract

This article is devoted to some problems of formation through independent work of students specific qualities of modern specialists they need in the sphere of cross-cultural communication so that they can respond to professional challenges, participate in international projects, work for multinational companies, taking as a basis for their activities the principles of tolerance, empathy, team work which will help them fit into any corporate culture and work effectively.
