Abstract

The problem of economy development strategy forming on the whole state level demands the investment activity managerial investigation, investment policy forming and realization. Investment attraction points and cooperation with foreign investors peculiarities are considered, investment climate forming taking to consideration existing legal environment and financial stability in the country are outlined. The attention is paid to business transparency, money export, government intervention into business, criminality high level. The an attention is concentrated on the legal economic protection of both national and foreign investors.
