Abstract

Розкрито сутність тайм-менеджменту та обґрунтовано його роль у підвищенні ефективності використання робочого часу менеджера. Визначено причини втрати часу та запропоновано рекомендації щодо ефективного управління робочим часом.The article explores the nature and value of time management, its role in enhancing the efficiency of personal time of the company manager, the reasons for loss of time are stated and effective ways of time management are proposed.
