The thesis explores modern approaches to economic management of enterprises in the context of digital transformation. Special attention is given to management tools such as controlling, data-driven management, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and lean management. The study analyzes how the integration of digital technologies enhances decision-making efficiency, organizational adaptability, and strategic development.
