Еколого-економічне регулювання підвищення якості тваринницької продукції

Abstract

The main reason of ecological-and-economic crisis in cattle-breeding is considered in the article. The problems of increasing quality of agricultural (cattle-breeding) production and food products, providing competitiveness of home produce, safety of population activity are discussed. The particular attention is paid to ecological study of livestock production, importance of forming the complex of market-oriented mechanisms, providing safety of food production and high level of its quality.
