Abstract

The article is dedicated to the study of information and information resources (IR). As the result of the work completed the notion of IR has been specified and more exact structure of corporate IR has been built. Also the characteristic features of IR have been marked out. The analysis of the notion of information work has helped to present a methodic approach to the development of corporate IR management conception.
