Концептуальні принципи організаційно-економічного забезпечення відновлення міського житлового фонду

Abstract

The necessity of conception forming for ensuring restoration of municipal housing fund is substantiated. The conceptual principles of organizational and economies insurance of municipal housing fund restoration is formulated and clarified. Approaches for practical realization of the suggested principles in management of the processes of reforming and development of municipal economy for cities in Ukraine are developed.
