The outcome of the research stated in the given article is the development of scientific-and-methodical recommendations as to forming the strategy of maintenance of enterprise longterm profitability. For developing the standard strategies of maintenance of enterprise long-term profitability the morphological method of drawing-up of strategies matrix is offered.
