Abstract

The walkthrough of existent determinations of concept "motivation" is conducted. All the determinations are incorporated in approaches to discover their failings and to conduct the detailed analysis of each of them to find key aspects. It allowed the authors to select the unique expedient approach to determination of the essence"motivation", and to work out their own specific determination.
