Abstract

In the article the necessity of marking out the complex of practical motives that operate in the research-and-pedagogical collectives of higher educational establishments in Ukraine are grounded. The technique of quantitative assessment of each worker's performance quality with the purpose of increasing in efficiency of university management is offered.
