Current system has enough ability to manage this situation, but success ratio needs to be increased. And also we can easily say that. Everybody can have success with high standards. The important and difficult point is, to catch a success with low standards. With this, there will be a really working system and after that the system will be more competitive and then, it will be strong brand in education world.
