Класифікація методів мотивації

Abstract

Розглянуто основні класифікації і види методів мотивації персоналу, які були розроблені вченими-економістами і використовуються на сучасних підприємствах. Проведено аналіз цих класифікацій, виявлено схожі риси та основні відмінності між ними.The article describes the main types of classifications and methods of personnel motivation developed by economic scientists and used at modern enterprises. Analysis of these classifications is done, similar features and key differences between them are found.
