Essence of teams and their types in an organization

Abstract

Was highlighted importance of using teams in an organization. Also was defined main factors which enable effective teamwork. Were presented types of teams and described differences between them; main features of teamwork were presented: communication, autonomy, synergy. Was analyzed connection between teamwork and productivity of an enterprise.
