The study explores the environmental component of corporate social responsibility (CSR) for small and non-production organizations, highlighting its growing relevance due to global environmental challenges. The paper examines the transition from combating consequences to eliminating the root causes of environmental problems, including the emergence of digital responsibility. It provides a detailed analysis of key environmental management frameworks, such as the 3R, 5R, and 10R concepts, "Green office," and "Sustainable consumption," adapted for office activities. Furthermore, the research outlines the strategic benefits of implementing these concepts, including resource conservation, cost reduction, and the enhancement of a company's positive image, while emphasizing the importance of fostering environmental awareness among personnel for long-term sustainability.
