dc.description.abstract	The results of experimental studies performed with the help of the partial reflection technique near Kharkiv and of the analysis of effects in the variations of partially reflected SW signals and radio noises in the midlatitude lower ionosphere (D-region) during six partial solar eclipses are provided.
