Оцінка ефективності інтеграції підприємств методом трансакційних витрат

Abstract

The assessment of enterprise integration efficiency based on the theory of transaction costs is considered in the article. Special attention is paid to the possibility of the economy, which can be achieved by different firms due to conclusion of contracts regulating joint activity. On the basis of the model of dynamic transaction costs it is proved that the efficiency of unification may considerably exceed expenses connected with the formation of such union.
