Abstract

The article is devoted to particularities of health organization management. The health care is a part of social sphere so the main specific point is connected with this. There is a big part of noncommercial and public organizations. They help to produce positive externality. Public health is built on hierarchy and tends to increase. Management should conduce to the wreaking of negative points of hierarchy and constraining of opportunities behavior of professionals.
