Abstract

In the article the problems of the methodological approach to the realization of fundamental analysis for the securities market performance development under conditions of its indeterminacy and "transparency" are considered. The technology of such analysis is offered and the application of adequate methods of the analysis is justified at portfolio and strategic investment.
